Graham joined Padraic Kissane FS in February 2021, as Head of Client Services. He brings 18 years of experience within the financial services industry.

Prior to this he was a Business Specialist for Aviva Ireland for 2 years, assisting in the migration of clients from Friendsfirst to Aviva, after the acquisition. He worked in the area of change management, due to his in-depth knowledge of business processes.           

In his 16 years with Friends first, Graham managed various projects, coordinating between departments. He has extensive experience in Operations, Business Strategy, Project Management Quality Assurance, Claims Handling and Back office Management.

Graham holds a BA in Business Management, is a qualified Project Manager and a qualified Quality Assessor. He has also completed the QFA exams and is a member of the LIA.
